Refund policy

Items may be eligible for return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

A return/refund request must be made by replying to your initial order confirmation. Certain special order items may not be eligible for refund. 

A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Once a return has been confirmed by a member of our team, it must be shipped back to us at buyer’s expense.  Item(s) must be un-used, and returned in their original un-damaged packaging.  Refund will be issued only after a satisfactory inspection of the returned item(s).

Refund will be issued to the same credit card used to provide initial payment, in the same currency as the initial purchase.
